Cle de Peau Beaute recently introduced some new pre-serum lotions to their skincare line which includes the Hydro-Softening Lotion and Hydro-Clarifying Lotion. I have had my eyes on these Lotions from its launch date and this has been one of the most luxurious lines I have ever tested. I’ve loved their Enhancing Eye Contour Cream Supreme for the past couple of months and I’ve been quite anxious to try this new addition. I was able to get my hands on the Hydro-Softening Lotion. Both Hydro-Softening Lotion and Hydro-Clarifying Lotion works in different ways and depending on your skin texture. Hydro-Clarifying Lotion is more like a toner that works towards clarifying and removing dead skin cells that are caused by build ups due to the skin oils so it’s pretty much designed for normal to oily skin textures, while Hydro-Softening Lotion acts more like an essence that adds hydration and balances out skin’s texture – designed for normal to dry skin textures.
This Hydro-Softening Lotion is a luxurious and intensive hydrating lotion that smoothes and protects the complexion from dryness. It’s designed for normal to dry skin. Although it looks clear and carries a runny texture the feel is more moisturizing and nourishing while it adds a nice dewy and well-balanced skin look. It comforts skin in the most luxurious way. I have dry skin all year long and I always love to layer my skincare products with lighter texture so I can build up the hydration level in my skin. This gets into my skin easily and immediately I feel my skin super soft and smooth.
I have been introduced to my morning and evening skincare routine. I absolutely love how it’s easy to introduce it to your skincare routine without disturbing your daily skin rituals. And the more I’m using this the more I’m falling in love.
The packaging is on point with the best you can get from a luxurious brand with a nice pump-up dispenser that dispenses a good amount. For me I personally don’t like to use pads with my essences, I directly dispense into my balm and presses it on my complexion so I get more of my product on my skin.
Cle de Peau Beaute is one of the brands that come with the best in skincare. And this one is the prettiest lightweight lotion serum I’ve ever tried. It’s lightweight but helps your serum and moisturizer to absorb better and make skin feel soft like a baby’s skin.
