I have a simple and signature makeup looks. For the summer season, I love wearing gold bronzed makeup and recently I’ve been loving the thick wing liner look. Here is a list of makeup stables I use to achieve this look.
Recently I discovered the Drunk Elephant Dew Drops which are Amazing!! They look so good on skin alone or applying with makeup especially during the summer season. They hold up the hype.
- D-Bronzi Bronzing Drops with Peptides give skin that sunkissed glow plus boost the skin’s elasticity and healthy barrier functions. It helps with smoothing wrinkles and brightens dark spots. It works very well under lightweight foundations as a primer.
- B-Gold Bright Illuminating Drops with 5% Niacinamide give skin a beautiful golden radiance. You can wear it all by itself to add a nice glow to the skin or as a highlighter to the high point of the cheekbones to add extra dimension. It is also loaded with skincare benefits.
- O-Bloo Rosi Glow Drops with Vitamin F also give skin a nice flush of rosy glow, you can wear it all over the complexion or add to parts where you want more colour. This serum is rich in Omega fatty acid which helps with the skin’s sensitivity.
For the base, I’ve been linking the new Urban Decay Face Bond Self-Setting Waterproof Foundation, it is lightweight and sets beautifully on the skin and doesn’t require setting it with powder which is what I love for my mature skin (fully reviewed here). Because I have dry skin, I rep my skin with a hydrating facial oil or dewy serum – for this look I used the D-Bronzi Bronzing Drops with Peptides.
I love a good hydrating concealer and the new Care and Glow Serum Concealer with Hyaluronic Acid from Lancome is the best. It is a medium coverage concealer with a soft and natural finish and looks luminous on the skin. Review to come.
For eyes, I like to wear neutral and to create this bronzy look you need a contour shade and a golden colour. I used the Charlotte Tillbury’s Nudegasm (limited edition & no longer available) but you can use Glowgasm Face Palette (dark contour shade) all over my eyes and Eyes to Mesmerize in shade Copper Sunrise on the lids to add that nice glow that picks up the light. To finish it off, the Urban Decay 24/7 Inks Easy Ergonomic Liquid Eyeliner Pen is the best liner. I love the matte black as well as the dark brown. Lashes plays a huge role in my makeup looks and the GXVD Can’t Stop Staring Clean Lengthening & Lifting Mascara really gives lashes look bold and stays well all day.

To give skin that nice sunkissed look and set every the best way possible I love the Terracotta Light Healthy Glow Bronzer in Medium Cool. This is one bronzing palette that I use all the time and finish my skin beautifully by adding enough warmth, glow and colour.
For lips, I like soft pinky nude shades to go with this look. The Laura Mercier Velour Extreme Matte Lipstick in Fresh is my favorite and finishing it with Armani’s Prisma Glass Hydrating Lip Gloss in Candy Halo.
