Finally sharing one of the most requested beauty posts today with you all. Hair care has been one of my all-time favourite and must-have beauty rituals that I have never neglected. I don’t change around much when it comes to hair care but I do like to find new products to test and try. Always have to keep in mind that you do need to test products for at least 4-6 weeks when it comes to hair & skincare to see the results.
I have been experiencing hair loss since the begging of the year 2022, and there has been quite a number of causes that I had to discover such as the side effect of Corona Virus, Iron deficiency that I found out after a blood test as well as kid’s health stress that had a tool on my mental health as a mother. I noticed empty gaps when styling my hair and have noticed a chunk of hair coming out while showering + brushing. I knew I wanted to be on top of this, besides doing blood work, and getting back into my supplements – I started to stay away from heating tools plus started to look for new regrowing haircare products to boost hair regrowth. It didn’t take me long to find new hair care items that I have been really impressed with, and Fable & Mane HoliRoots Pre-wash Hair Treatment Oil is one of them. This is a pre-wash oil treatment that comes from ancient Indian hair rituals. I do have strong roots in Indian haircare rituals as I have been into and been inspired by the culture from childhood. After reading the ingredients in this hair oil, immediately I knew I wanted this in my haircare routine as a booster. This hair oil is formulated with ashwagandha which helps with strengthening the hair roots, Castrol oil adds thickness + helps with regrowth of the hair & dashmool (I noticed the ingredients with the first sniff – reminded me of when I was in India and used Dashmool hair oil) which is is a combination of 10 ayurvedic herbs (Dash meaning ten & Mool meaning roots) that helps with calming + strengthening the hair.
I started using the oil by end of the June 2022 and recently started noticing the new hair coming out after 6-8 weeks. I have been using it once a week either the night before my hair wash or a couple of hours before getting the hair wash. I like to section my hair and with the dropper distribute the oil all over my scalp then massage it for about 5-10 minutes. I love that the hair oil isn’t too heavy (you can definitely go out with it) as well as there isn’t any hair falls in the shower (usually you notice a good hair fall after hair oiling in the shower), it actually worked the opposite for me. I saw hair fall reduction every single week after its use in the shower.
I can say that I literally have almost to nothing hair fall (you do have some hair fall but it’s normal) currently, and I am noticing new baby hairs coming out. It is definitely going to take me a little longer to really notice the big difference but I see results. It did take me a long to share this review post with you all as I really wanted to notice the difference and share my experience with the product.
