Charlotte Tilbury | Airbrush Flawless Longwear Foundation, Magic Vanish Color Corrector & Superstar Lips Lipstick in Pillow Talk

Latest launches from Charlotte Tilbury are her new Airbrush Flawless Longwear Foundation (C$53.00), Magic Vanish Color Corrector (C$38.00) & Superstar Lips Lipstick in Pillow Talk (C$39.00). I have been really wanted to get my hands to these latest from Charlotte for the fact that I have been in love with her complexion products or I would say I’m obessively in love with her products overall!

Up first is a look at the new Airbrush flawless Longwear Foundation which is a long-lasting and weightless liquid foundation that hybrid skin care. This is really a good one! This is a full coverage soft matte finish foundation or in other words one of the full coverage foundation I have tried so far. I have had tried Huda Beauty’s Foundation which this reminds me of but with much better ingredient list + skin care benefits. Its designed for all skin textures ((Normal, Dry, Combination, and Oily). Her team sends over this in 3 Neutral which is a good match to my skin. The Foundation is designed with different under tones (C-Cool, N-Neutral and W-Warm), which I find is a bit confusing but if you really know your under tone you can manage to pick a right shade for your skin. 3 Neutral is slightly bit lighter than my skin at the moment but looks like its going to be a good match during winter months. I love that this foundation comes in different undertones which makes it so ideal for every one to find that perfect match. The color range is huge and it comes with a pump dispenser. On me it has a good coverage and feel velvety on skin. Its matte but it doesn’t look flat nor it feel dry on skin. It noticeably smooth out the pores and doesn’t set on fine lines. Its formulated with Charlotte Tilbury’s magic matrix of ingredients, including the groundbreaking Magic REPLEXIUM® which reduces the appearance of wrinkles which another thumbs up from me.

Lasting power is Amazing! its sweat proof, humidity proof and transfer resistant. It’s definitely a foundation that is ideal for all year-long and especially for those hot summer days. Right now the weather is transitioning here which I’m excited to wear this more often since every day is a surprise weather.

Up next is the new Magic Vanish Color Corrector , this is a buttery full-coverage color corrector in four universal shades to conceal pigmentation and to brighten the under eye area. This is a full coverage creamy concealer designed for all skin texture. Its formulated with Flavanoids which helps visibly diminish the appearance of under-eye puffiness. As well as Mica which provides a smooth, silky feeling to the powder, as well as an outstanding illuminating effect, which enhances skins luminosity. For this product you really need to know your color tone and the deepness of your complexions pigmentation. This is probably the most cutest corrector I have ever seen. The color could be selected in terms of how much your skin or complexion carries pigmentation as well as the deeper your skin the more intense the pigment of the complexion. I received this product in Fair which is a good one for me for those days that I need correction lightly. But some times my under eye area goes crazy and I need more like a peachy shade which color Peach would be a good one to cover up all those darkness. Color correcting makes a huge difference if you really know how to color correct the skin. This way you really don’t need to use layer more product to hide the darkness or pigmentation which builds texture and definitely it’s not flattering at all.
The compact is quite nice and comes with a mirror which makes it super easy to carries while you’re on the go.

Last but not least her new Superstar Lipstick in Pillow Talk is a sheer lipstick topper that carries a glitter finish. The texture of this lipstick is super light and ultra glossy. The lasting power is quite good and it doesn’t slide down. You can wear it alone or top it with any other lipstick, it makes it look luminous.

A close look at both lipstick formulas in different textures:

It also comes in Metallic finish which I have been seeing on her Instagram page and I think I’m more gravitating toward the finish. I have to go check in person to see if it really picks my mood to purchase it. The only thing that I feel they’re super tiny and they might run out much quicker than the regular lipstick and at the same time a bit pricy for the amount of product you’re getting it for. They’re $39.00 for 1.8 g and the Matte Revolution carries about 3.5 g for the same price. But other than that the formula is really good.

Overall a huge thumbs up! I love a full coverage foundation with some skin care benefits. The Air Brush Flawless Foundation really covers every thing while it doesn’t set on pores. The finish is flawless and completely amazing on how you wear it. I have worn it every way (primer, setting spray and powder) it works great all ways. I personally loved using my beauty blender, for me with dry skin – Beauty Blender is my best friend when applying a matte finish foundation. The Magic Vanish Color Corrector is another hit product for me, it carries a super hydrating formula while stays light on skin. The shade Fair have been a good one for makeup no makeup days, I literally had to apply the corrector to even out some part of my complexion and I was good to go. And at the end as a neutral lipstick lover + balm lover I find the Superstar lipstick formula is quite amazing. You can find these new launched from Charlotte Tilbury right now at Sephora and Charlotte Tilbury.
