The 90’s has been so present lately, this trend started on Fall 2015 when all the dark tones and shades where out with some pieces of wardrobes from that era, and at that time I felt this is a seasonal trend and would move as we approach spring but I was wrong this is picking up more. Definitely brown lips is back from 90’s, and it will pick up more once we hit Fall this year. The dark brown lipstick are on the runway for almost all the Iconic fashion designers and one of the favorite colors of supermodels and actresses. here are some of the celebrities who wore it.

Even though I already see how girls are getting into this and wearing this on every day basis but there are still many of you who still has a certain fear of wearing this color this includes me. I have been staying away from this especially on daily basis, even though I felt fine wearing it for couple of times during fall and winter season, but it was limited. many people think, the brown lipstick doesn’t draw too much attention but it works the opposite way, it creates a power full look with a bit of elegance. However it is important to find a perfect shade to contrast well with your skin tone (same as finding a red lipstick). In darker skin tone ladies, you can defiantly can take the advantage of the browns, it gives your makeup glamorous touch. And in pale skin tone (fair) chose darker browns (with reddish under tone), will contrast well. Investing in a same color lip liner is a great idea, it creates a fuller lip illusion with drawing over lining your lips.
