It’s the time of the year when the most exciting skincare launches happen. It excites me more when I find these new launches from my favourite brands. My mantra for a good skincare routine is simple and effective skincare routines that are easier to maintain with multi-functional and high-efficacy formulas. And all these new launches are easy to use and quite effective. I’ve already introduced these in my daily skincare routine, and I find these are perfect as the weather gets warm up.
Estee Lauder
Estee Lauder skincare products are stable in my skincare routine. Recently, Estee Lauder launched Advanced Night Repair Rescue Solution with 15% Bifidus Ferment ($110), similar to their Advance Night Repair but with more benefits. It is designed for all skin types and is beneficial for sensitive skin. This serum fights redness and reinforces the skin’s moisture barrier. It has calming and soothing properties and adds suppleness to the skin. It is a perfect serum to start the day with and you could use it in your nightly routine. It is designed to be applied before your serum. I’ve been using it in my morning and during my nighttime skincare routine right after my Essence followed by ANR serum. I’ve seen huge results overall in my skin texture.

Ilia Beauty
Ilia Beauty launched The Base Face Milk Essence & Lightweight Moisturizer with Hyaluronic Acid (C$79). This is two in one product that hydrates and strengthens the skin’s barrier. The moisturizer is lightweight and soothes and nourishes the skin immediately without feeling heavy on the skin. It layers with any skincare product and I find it perfect to prep the skin for makeup, especially if you have dry skin. This is my first time using Ilia Beauty and I am impressed!! I have introduced it in my morning routine. It is light and super hydrating. I think it is perfect for summer days as well.

It Cosmetics just introduced Bye Bye Under Eye Bags Eye Treatment ($54). This is a quick-fix treatment for those with severe eye bags and fine lines. It is designed for all skin types. Without leaving any white cast, it immediately depuffs eye bags and wrinkles within 15 minutes. It also adopts immediately the skin’s movement so it doesn’t feel tight on the skin. It is a perfect quick solution when needed and you can introduce it to your daily morning routine. A little goes a long way with this product. I’ve only used this times when I need it.

U Beauty Oil has a new addition The Super Intensive Face Oil ($188). This is one of the most luxurious face oils that prevent dehydrated skin. This face oil is different than others as this one carries everything you need in your daily skincare routine. It is infused with Vitamin C &E and Hyaluronic Acid. It also contains rose extract and avocado oil. I love a good face oil. Face oils not only help moisturize and dry the skin, but they also add a nice glow and makeup better on the skin. I’ve been obsessed over this, and I use this in my morning and nightly skincare routine as the last step.

Loccitane
Loccitane launched a new body care line – the Artichoke Body range that includes Body Scrub ($70) and Body Cream ($84). I am a huge lover of the Loccitane body range and this is by far the best launch. The range helps skin feel smoother and softer. Loccitane also launched the Body Gua Sha ($24) along with this range to help visibly smooth out the skin and enhance body contour. This has been a saviour for my dry skin this winter season.
