Fenty Beauty added quite a few new beauty items to their makeup line. I am thrilled to share some of my favourite and must-haves here today with you all. Few brands bring the best in complexion products and Fenty Beauty is one of them. Her complexion product always worked on my dry skin regardless of its formulation. Fenty Beauty’s complexion products are the best and work on all skin textures.
I have been obsessed with her complexion line and it couldn’t get better to find the launch of Soft’Lit Naturally Luminous Hydrating Foundation ($54.00). This is a hydrating and luminous foundation that stays well throughout the day. The finish is natural with medium coverage that looks flawless on the skin. It is a foundation that can be worn easily and beautifully on the skin, it doesn’t require the skin any special prep. I love that the foundation is resistant to sweat and humidity and doesn’t transfer easily to clothes. The shade range is incredible and for me, shade 175 which carries a warm and neural undertone is the best match for my skin right now.
Fenty Beauty also launched a new conealer We’re Even Hydrating Concealer ($40.50). I have dry skin, especially around my eye area which only a few concealers work. Fenty Beauty Pro Filt’r Instant Retouch Longwear Liquid Concealer has the best matte and full coverage formula I’ve tried. The new We’re Even Hydrating Concealer is even better.
The We’re Even Hydrating Concealer is a hydrating and long-wear concealer with medium coverage that not only conceals the under-eye area but corrects the dark under-eye area at the same time. The finish is natural looks fresh and doesn’t crease at all. This formula is not too creamy or too thick, and not too matte or too radiant. The shade range is incredible with different undertones to enhance all skin tones. I got two shades from the collection – 175W is a light shade with warm undertones and 185C is a light-medium shade with cool undertones. Both shades match my skin, I find the warm shades carry a slightly peachy undertone that cancels off any darkness and cool undertones add brightness to the area. I’ve loved the 175W for my under-eye area as it is an all-in-one under-eye concealer for me.
Fenty Beauty also launched a new highlighter collection Demi’Glow Light-Diffusing Highlighter ($54.00). The collection carries 9 shades designed to flatter all skin tones for a low-key glow. The formula feels silky soft to the touch and gives skin that soft diffused glow that looks natural and radiant. It sets beautifully on the skin. I got to try them in shades Yum Rum which is soft rose gold with shimmers and Trophies in Truffle which is a soft deep gold with shimmers. The Yum Rum is lighter and carries more rose gold tones into it. For me, it gives that nice gold and peach finish that looks really nice but not frosty.
I have been impressed with these products for their performance. Concealer is one of the complexion products I pay attention to its formulation, wear and performance as I have dry skin under my eye area and most of the concealers with thick formulas set into my fine lines. I am happy to say that I have a new concealer added to my favourites list. It makes the area look smooth and corrects and conceals at the same time. The foundation sets beautifully on the skin without setting it with powder. My makeup looked just incredible. The highlighters are also very nice, doesn’t emphasize pores and looks natural. I am sharing some of my favourite beauty products from the brand as well as a quite tutorial showing before and after below.
