Givenchy | L’INTERDIT Eau De Toilettes & Rouge Interdit Intense Silk Satin Matte Lipsticks

New from Givenchy are the new L’interdit Eau De Toilette and the Rouge Interdit Intense Silk Satin Matte Lipsticks. I am huge lover for the brand for their makeup products as well as fragrances. I think L’interdit line is one of the most used fragrances, and I really run out of them quite frequently.

Both of these new additions are dressed with Matthew William’s revisited 4G logo that adds on a little detail to the finish of the packaging.

Rouge Interdit Intense Silk

Givenchy just launched a new addition to their lipstick line Rouge Interdit Intense Silk Satin Matte (C$52.00). These are pigmented lipsticks with a satin matte finish which I would describe as a semi-matte texture with a stain finish. The formula is lightweight and wears out quite comfortably on lips. It is infused with Hyaluronic Acid, Silk Powder extract and Pearl oil that will help with its lasting power and smooth gild on lips. The lipsticks comes in new refillable packaging carrying some of the It shades from the collection.

I received 3 shades from the collection and here are the details:

  • Beige Nu which is a pink beige nude – this actually my favorite shade from the brand.
  • Brun Mocha  is a mocha orange based brown – really warms up the makeup look.
  • Rouge Grainè is a warm-toned deep red – I think a perfect red especially if you have a yellow undertone.

The refillable packaging is quite easy to use and to replace. For now there are only 4 shades available that includes the Rouge Grainè.

L’INTERDIT Eau De Toilette

L’interdit Eau De Toilette (C$147 for 2.7 oz.) is the new addition to the line. It just couldn’t get any better that this new addition carries notes included such as: Orange Essence, Jasmine, Tuberose and Musk which makes this new addition exclusive. If you’re someone like me who loves floral scents along with woody in combination then you’re going to love this one.

My all time favorite scent for fall/winter is the L’Interdit Rouge Eau De Parfum (reviewed here) and L’Interdit Eau De Parfum Intense (reviewed here) which I’ve run out of them. And for Spring & Summer I’ve been loving wearing the L’interdit Édition Millesime (reviewed here and almost empty). I love its lasting power and very easy to pair it with any other fragrances to make it your own. I’ve linked some of my favorite products below for you.
