Fenty Beauty | Sun Stalk’r Instant Warmth Bronzers

Fenty Beauty launched their new Sun Stalk’r Instant Warmth Bronzers (C$38.00 6.23g / 0.22 oz made in USA) just recently and these are hands down among the best bronzers I’ve tried so far. The collection comes in eight shades to serve all skin tones from lightest to deepest. And looking at them I find they come in warm and neutral under tones to really please all skin tones. I have been a long time lover for powder bronzers, I’m definitely a total bronzer addict and wear it all year-long even with a minimal or no makeup looks. I often wear matte finish bronzer with a creamy texture. The new Sun Stalk’r Instant Warmth Bronzers have a nice matte texture without feeling dry or cakey. They blend beautifully with the skin, I have a very dry skin to begin but I manage to keep my skin’s hydration level high that some times during summer time I can consider my skin to be normal and some powders do emphasize lines and patches on my skin or my skin looks too dry. Not the case with these bronzers. They look incredibly natural on the skin and lasts all day long. I personally love powder bronzers since they really create the most natural looking illusion for contour.

They have a very rich pigment that easily smooths out and build. I received three shades from the collection to test. I think the shade range is quite amazing and for those who always have trouble finding a good bronzer, I think with this line you will be able to fins a good shade that won’t turn orange on your complexion. And definitely there are quite some amazing shades for deeper skin tones as well.

The shades:

  • Inda Sun – fair with neutral undertones
  • Shady Biz – light with warm undertones
  • Private Island – light to medium with warm undertones

The color is layerable but have a very natural finish. All swatches may look the same but there is a difference once applied. Inda Sun and Shady Biz are a bit too light for my skin tone but Private Island is a good color for my skin tone. Private Island do carry a very warm under tone which adds a very nice finish to the skin while it doesn’t turn orange at all. I have been layering the Inda Sun and Private Island to get a perfect contoured and bronzed look. They come in super sleek and shape with a bronzy golden metallic packaging.

I was also sent out their new Cheek Hugging Bronzer Brush 190 (C$45.00) which is an extra-large bronzer brush. Its designed to hug the curve of your face for an overall bronzed look. This brushed have an asymmetrical cut which makes it more ideal for an all over bronzed look. I have used their foundation and powder brush before and I find these are one of the most soft touch brushes I have ever used. I have a pretty small and round face frame which I found this Bronzer brush size was little too big. I was still able to manage to use the brush to bring warmth to my over all face.

Fenty Beauty slowly but surely getting over my beauty vanity. I have recently tried their foundation and concealer (reviewed here) which was a huge hit for me. Prior to testing these my top picks for bronzer included Benefit ‘s Hoola Bronzer, Givenchy’s Healthy Glow Powder (reviewed here) and Make Up For Ever’s Pro Bronze Fusion Bronzer. Yet at the moment Fenty Sun Stalk’r Instant Warmth Bronzers joins my list for top picks. They are definitely one of the most natural looking bronzers that gives the skin a sunkissed glow. The color range give you a very decent options to pick from depending on how natural or deep you want your bronzer to look. I can really use all three shades depending on how deep I want my contour to be. I’ve been layering them on top of each other to get a more 3D effect.

You can now find the Sun Stalk’r Instant Warmth Bronzers available in store and online at Sephora.
