Dior launched some amazing and fun beauty products this season. I find Dior always come with most creative yet wearable makeup products and useful tools that really make us all to go crazy about these new launches, while it becomes our new must haves in our beauty rituals.
Up first Airflash Spray Foundation (C$78 for 70 ml) which is lightweight foundation that offers an airbrushed effect with precision application and now comes in more shades to enhance all skin tones. I think this is one of the most amazing foundation I have ever owned and tried so far. It offers a medium coverage but buildable while it covers all imperfection of the skin within one application, its enrich with light defusing pigment that instantly smooth the skin for more radiant looking complexion. I love how the formula is water-resistant and stays true to color over time. It’s not transferable and stays input for a good 12 hours.
Yet this time Dior introduces Airflash Radiance Mist Primer & Setting Spray (C$62.00 for ) is a first primer & setting spray that give your skin glow anytime, and anywhere. The Airflash Radiance Mist Primer & Setting Spray is formulated with a cocktail of energizing minerals and plumping hyaluronic acid that can be used different ways to give your skin that ultimate glow that comes from within while it locks your makeup for a fresher and radiant looking complexion. You can apply it before the your makeup to give the skin a nice boost of radiance and add life to your foundation for longer stay or use it as a setting spray to refresh the makeup and add a nice radiance to your look at the end of the day.
Up next is the Dior Backstage Buffing Brush (C$60.00 each) is a fibres of unparalleled density and quality brush for an even complexion and buildable coverage. Peter Philips, Creative and Image Director for Dior Makeup, have created a new way to get that smooth and radiant complexion in just couple of strokes. The brush carries a very unique shape that offers more control over application and a second skin makeup result in a single sweep.
How is it different a foundation brush and beauty blender?

This is was some thing that I really got excited when I saw these colorful liners, I just knew the summer is going to be colorful. Peter Philips, Creative and Image Director for Dior Makeup, always thinks out of the box and brings the most fun and exciting products each year during the Diorshow. Diorshow On Stage Liners (C$34.00 each) are waterproof pen liquid eyeliner with up to 24 hours of wear. These comes in 15 intense colors and shades including ultra-shine vinyl’s black with easy application. The Diorshow On Stage Liners carries a fine tip which allows to emphasize the lash line with precision while the unique flexible tip gives more ability to create thick or thin wing. They are highly pigmented and the long wear formula holds colours and effect in place from the time you apply it. The colors stay input, doesn’t smudge nor smears even in hot humid days.
I got to try out some fun shades in:
- Matte Black – a true black colour with matte finish
- Matte Pop Blue – a bright sky blue colour (my favorite)
- Matte Yellow – a bright solid yellow
- Matte Brown – a nice brown shade
- Matte Rusty – a faded burgundy colour
Up next is DiorShow Pump’N’Volume Mascara (C$37.00 each) is a super volumizing mascaras that was introduced last year reviewed here, which was spectacular formula for extreme lash volume, and this year Dior is bring it back in a waterproof formula and in 4 pop limited edition Neon shades for adventures women (Coral Pump, Pink Pump, Blue Pump and Purple Pump). The formula is not as thick as the original Pump’N’Volume and delivers intense volume to the lashes.
I was supper happy when I found that the DiorShow Pump’N’Volume Mascara comes in waterproof formula, Lately I’m getting into the waterproof formula for the fact that it doesn’t smudge on my crease. I have been a long time lover for the formula and have gone through couple of them already. I found the color mascaras are great for editorial purposes not for every day look, or maybe I’m getting older. It could be fun for girls who are in their early 20s. I have worn blue lashes many time when I was young, I can still manage to wear Blue lashes. But I couldn’t dare my self to wear coral or pink in public.
Last but not least Dior has invented Diorshow All-Day Brow Ink (C$ 34.00 each) that dyes the skin beneath the brows for a defined, intense yet natural looking brows. The Diorshow All-Day Brow Ink comes in three shades to enhance all skin tones from lightest to darkest. A nice defined brows gives your face a frame where it brings out the feature of the face. The formula is rich, waterproof and highly pigmented, and the applicator is just perfect. It gives you a precise application with ease. It doesn’t fade nor moves and stays input for up to 36 hours unless you remove it with a makeup remover.
Bottom line the new arrivals are definitely amazing and impressive. The New Airflash Radiance Mist Primer & Setting Spray is an amazing product this season, its light – doesn’t clog pores while it gives skin that nice radiance you need whether you’re wearing makeup or not. I have gone crazy one these new Diorshow On Stage Liners, there is some thing for every one. You can play with colors while the true matte and vinyl black makes an easy entrance for those who wants to stay classic. The formula is amazing doesn’t smudge at all. Blue is definitely my colour and blue lashes have been always in, especially when you’re on the pool side and these waterproof Volum’N’Pump mascaras are insanely volumizing while it stays input no matter where you are. And the Diorshow All-Day Brow Ink is a perfect product for ladies who are on the go with perfect pair of brows.
