Olive Oil as needed
1 tablespoons salt
3 tablespoons of Tandoori masala
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
5 pieces of Tilapia Fish
2 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons ground cumin 2 teaspoons paprika
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 Bell pepper
1 Broccoli branch
some Brussel sprouts
Mix all ingredients together, place them in your cooking dish. Making sure it’s all even. Add 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice on top so it covers the top. Preheat oven 350C and place it for 30-40 minutes until it’s nice and golden.
You can also use the same ingredients to marinate your side dish. You can place them in the same oven and they get cooked at the same time. You can serve it with your favourite bread.
