Maybelline has released Eyestudio Color Tattoo Concentrated Crayon . These Eyestudio Color Tattoos comes in ten intense shades which keeps eyes looking vibrant all day long. These crayons also has some beautiful neutrals colors including Barely Beige, Bronze Ruffle, Ravish Lavender and Pint parfait. I didn’t get a chance to get all the shades but I’ve had been using this crayons for a couple of weeks now and love the versatility of the colors and their pigments. These are perfect no-fuss cream shadow sticks where you can swipe and blend with a finger tip, you can also use brushes to blend around the edges or to evenly distribute the product on eyelids. The packaging really locks up the air and it doesn’t dry out like other cream eyeshadows in the market.
- Bronze truffle is a lovely soft warm champagne with a brown under tone
- Gold Rush is a pure bright gold shade but wearable with soft gold shimmers
- Lavish Lavender is the perfect dark platinum-taupe with a bit of warmth
- Grey Crystal is a neutral khaki metallic
- Audacious Asphalt is a very deep asphalt shade with satin finish
The sticks are buildable so you can control the level of color you want and perfect to use it as a base for your eyeshadows. These sticks are nicely pigmented but very easy to blend and smooth on the lids. Some cream shadows sticks instantly requires quick blending before they set but I had enough time to back and fort to the eyelids and spent enough time to balance the look. If you have oily lids you will really like how these stay put. They don’t move especially if you set it with a powder eyeshadow. The texture is very dewy by itself and once it they set, they don’t budge.
You can definitely use different ways: a single shade alone, multiple colors layered together, or combined with powder shadow. CLose ups and swatches:
I’m loving these shadows, since most of the times I do like smoky eye look and these were perfect to give me a strong base, but they were amazing wearing it alone as well. If you are some one who rarely get to finish a cream shadow because they end up drying before you can use it up, these are a good way to try multiple shades without worrying about it drying. They are travel friendly since you can take multiple shades in your makeup bag, it doesn’t take much space at all.
