Cut all ingredients into smaller sizes. Heat the pan, add some olive oil and saute onion, bell peppers, and mushrooms. once they are softer and change their colour add garlic, salt and hot chillies and give them a minute to cook, and keep it off the stove and let it set. You can always make this portion ahead of time. preheat the oven to 350 C – Cut the puff pastries into square pieces and place them in the oven tray lining with cooking sheets. Place the ingredients on top of the puff pastry portion it leaving room inside for the egg. Crack your eggs inside each portion and place them inside the oven for 15 minutes. You can add some parsley and greed onion or any other topping you wish by this time and leave it for another 5 minutes. You can take them out and serve them in your serving dish.
The options are endless with a combination of different ingredients, you can add spinach, ham, red onion … anything you wish in your omelette can go here. You can make them for brunch or Sahari for Ramadan.
