Urban Decay just added new neutral shades into their Glide On Waterproof Waterline Eyeliner Pencil and most of these are in cool tones. I am huge fan of Urban Decay Cosmetic’s Eyeliner line whether it’s liquid or pencil – they are so good! The glide smoothly over the eye, the formula is long lasting and stay put together entire day without any smudging. These new neutral shades are introduced in matte formula and shimmery shades. These liner and its color collection is designed to highlight and define the eyes in the most gorgeous way that gives an awaken look. And it’s safe to wear on waterline.

- Tootsie is a nice cool medium brown, which i think is going to look really nice during spring time
- Beige Flag is a cool beige, that can be used to create a cut crease eye look or can be used inside the waterline
- Caffeinated is a cool light brown, a very unique shade
- Hemp Milk is a white, again can be used as to create cut crease, eyeliner and used in water line to make the eyes look bigger.
- Cool Coyote is a cool charcoal, again very unique shade to wear
- Faux Dose is a beautiful Shimmery Light Beige
I love to wear deeper shades as eyeliner and beige on my waterline. For me, shades Tootsie is one of my favorite shade and beige flag is something I could wear on my waterline to make my eyes look bigger.
