One of my favourite beauty brands, Bobbi Brown, has launched a new foundation called Weightless Skin Foundation ($77). Bobbi Brown’s complexion products are amazing and work on all skin types. In my experience, their products have been exceptional in quality and performance.
Bobbi Brown’s new Weightless Skin Foundation comes in 53 shades to cover all skin tones. It is a long-wear foundation that looks and feels natural and weightless on the skin. This medium-coverage formula gives a soft matte finish. It almost looks like wearing a filter on your skin. It blends nicely over the skin with a foundation brush or sponge.
Shade wise I am in between colours and I think my skin can easily match a couple of shades. Currently shade cool beige matches my skin perfectly. I’ve tried bases like tinted moisturizer, and concealer + corrector from the brand before but this is probably my first time trying the Bobbi Brown Foundation and I must say I am impressed!! This foundation is designed particularly for oily skin but it has been working great on my dry skin using the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base which I always use under my makeup for a smoother and flawless finish complexion.
Along with this foundation, Bobbi Brown introduced a small tapered brush Full Coverage Face Brush that is designed to apply the foundation all over the face. I love that it reaches the entire face area even under the eyes for more precise coverage.
Overall love. I would say if you have texture or super dry skin this does not emphasize imperfections as any matte finish will do. You can build up the coverage and looks beautiful on dry skin during this season. It adds a nice hydration to the skin. This foundation covered everything so well and so smoothly that I’ve gotten comments about how good my skin looks with this. You can find my favourite items from the brand below.
