L’Oréal Paris | Infallible Pro-Glow Foundation

Today I am covering some of the items that I have received as a press samples for review consideration from L’Oréal Paris. As a loyal costumer to L’Oréal Paris I knew I am going to love the products and truly that’s what happened. I have divided the review into two section, this post covers the Infallible Pro-Glow Foundation plus the Infallible Pro-Contour. L’Oréal Paris never fails with what they bring into the market, especially if you’re looking for a drugstore foundation, their foundations are always one of my favorites.
This Infallible Pro-Glow Foundation (C$ 25.78 for 30 ml) is a light weight medium coverage foundation with a radiant finish. The texture is very smooth and glides on the skin beautifully. It comes in great range of shades to please every one, I had the pleasure to try it in 4 different shades and I feel they all carry nice neutral under tone which I believe it will be very easy for every one to get a perfection match to their skin. It cover all the imperfection with just one coat but you can definitely build up to full coverage. It’s described as being good for normal to dry skin, I find it was enough hydrating for my dry sensitive skin. The Infallible Pro-Glow Foundation covered all the imperfection of my skin and do leave a nice glow on the skin. Nude Beige 203 was a perfect match to my skin, and I find using beauty blender does sheer out the coverage, I personally like light coverage but if you’re some one would love more coverage I would suggest to use a foundation brush to get full coverage. The lasting power is pretty good, it lasted on my skin whole day but locking it with some powder is the key. Using primer will definitely add life to the lasting of foundation, even though I am not a true user of primers but when it comes to events I do prefer to apply primer for long lasting and flawless finish. It comes in nice tube packaging where it’s easier to store and get it inside your makeup bag on the go.

Up next the Infallible Pro-Contour (C$ for 0.24 oz) is a contour and highlight palette and it comes in three different shades (Light, Medium and Dark). The texture is very smooth and sets on the skin perfectly without any powdery feeling. To be honest this was my first time using a drugstore contour palette and I am very impressed. I find it very easy and basic, where there is not math with how to contour the face. I loved the simple approach on just nice neutral matte finish shade to contour and a nice glow powder to highlight. The contour powder is not too orangey or too dark, it easily blends in to the skin perfectly and creates a nice contour line through out the face. As well as the highlighter is not too intense or too bright, I feel it gives a perfect glow too the skin just enough for every day use. I find it’s perfect for beginners. I was very impressed with the new innovation of the brush, it fits in perfectly on to my higher part of my cheeks bones to highlight and contour line to apply at the same time.
