Laneige just introduced a selection of lightweight yet hydrating balms Lip Glowy Balm (C$18 for each) exclusively for Sephora. This is super moisturizing and hydrating lip balms that comes in super sweet and yummy fruity flavors. As a lip balm lover I get super excited to tryout new formulas. This Glowy Balm do coat lips with an extra moisture throughout the day and is formulated with shea butters that protects lips from dryness. It’s a perfect lip balm when you’re on the go, it keeps the lips hydrated during the day and adds a nice glossy shine to your lips. It carries a very transparent cover but super soft texture. You can wear it alone or on top of your lipstick for some extra shine. It definitely gives lips a fuller illusion and lustrous look.
They come in four super sweet and fruity flavors (Berry, Grapefruit, Pear and Peach) that really brightens up any one’s mood. Although it claims to be tinted but I found they don’t have enough pigment where you see the difference. I find they all look slightly similar on the lips. I have been a huge love for their Sleeping Mask range and Lip Sleeping Mask (reviewed here) was one of my favorite products for a very long time now. I was so excited to get the Lip Sleeping Mask in a travel size, and at the same time they have introduced their Lip Sleeping Mask in three more different flavors to please every one.
Overall I personally loved it! I always carry at least two kind of lip balms in my on the go bag and this one is definitely one of them. I loved the high shine finish while it really keeps lips well hydrated. You can now find the Lip Glowy Balms in store and online at Sephora.ca.
