Givenchy Beauty just launched the new L’Interdit Eau De Parfum Intense along with new additional shades in Le Rouge Deep Velvet Matte Lipsticks. Givenchy Beauty is definitely one of the luxury beauty brands that always presents its products at their best. This is definitely one of my favorite launches this season.
L’Interdit Eau De Parfum Intense (C$152.00 for 80 mL made in France) is a nice intense floral scent with a hint of sweetness. The scent is addictive and elegant. Many of you know I am a floral fragrance addict and can’t get enough of fresh scents. Yet this one is different than what I have worn in the past. It slightly has a woody scent that subtle down the aroma to a richer texture.
Top Notes:
- Radiant Orange Blossom
- Black voluptuous leathered-Vanilla
- Tuberose
It also contains a blend of Vetiver on Patchouli that infuses notes of deep, dark wood for a refined hint of couture that stays input.
The packaging is just on point, with a modern and quintessentially couture look. It’s elegant and adds that richness to your vanity.
Givenchy also added new shades to the Le Rouge Deep Velvet Matte Lipsticks (C$49.00) that are absolutely stunning! they’re highly pigmented and powdery matte finish lipsticks. The formula is phenomenal, it glides on lips easily giving out that full coverage looks within one swipe while you have full control of its coverage with your application technique. It’s hydrating and feels super light on the lips. It’s definitely unlike another matte lipstick formula.
Givenchy released 9 new shades I believe and I got to try them in 3 beautiful shades that are alluring. I never tested such a beautiful formula to date. Here is a closer look at the swatches and details.
- Framboise Velours is a nice warm soft fuchsia.
- Rouge Infusé is a beautiful and warm deep cerise red, the perfect color for me.
- L’Interdit is a perfect classic true red that looks stunning in the evening.
The bullets are designed the way that creates that perfect pout look. The formula is infused with mango butter that delivers comfort while wearing. The lasting power is quite amazing.
The packaging is another best part of this product. I have had experienced their leather packaging a while back while I find this velvet red packaging is just gorgeous!
