Sending everyone lots of happy vibes! after a long lockdown and staying home more I have been organizing, and re-decorating my house around. And I most of the time playing around the candles and home scents around winter and summer for the fact that I keep the doors and windows close. Few scents that I have been hooked on and been my favorite for a couple of weeks are listed here.
I love candles and reed diffusers and I always give them a rotation through my home depending on my home décor and mood.
Yet many of you asked me for some of my home accent décor items including my coffee table books that I will link here. And the Peonies are freshly cut from my garden just in perfect time, to capture!
Trudon Abd El Kader (Limited Edition Packaging)
This is one of my favorite candles, they’re quite luxurious. I haven’t tried much from the brand but this one I have is the most exquisite one. The brand carries a larger selection of classic scents that I need to discover. The scent I have is the Abd El Kader comes in head notes of Apple, Blackcurrant Bud, Clove, Ginger, Lemon, and Mint. And with Heart notes of Jasmine and base notes of Vanilla which makes this one sweet and spicy at the same time. It comes in the original packaging of a deep olive glass jar with golden details but I was lucky to get this one in its limited-edition packaging that came in a white glass jar.
It has 55-60 hours of burning time, which I find is quite nice. I definitely have my eyes on their room sprays. Since most of my home décor items are associated with gold details, this one goes very well alongside my home accessories.
Nest Fragrance
As many of you know by now I have an obsession with Nest Fragrances home scents. I absolutely love the clean finish and seasonal scents that they offer around the year. Some of my favorite scents are the Velvet Pear collection, Rose Noir & oud collection and my recent find Amalfi Lemon & Mint collection which I find is perfect for summertime. Their Candles and reed diffusers are my favorite and I love how they come in different sizes that can be set for different room sizes. I love to layer them in my living room since I own an open concept house.

It’s one of my favorite scents that brings up my mood. They do live up to the hype and I can sniff them from far away even if they’re not light up. I do have a couple of scents in mind that I need to get but for now, I am obsessed over Beach Walk. It carries notes like Bergamot, Heliotrope, Coconut Milk that make this a very fresh and slightly floral scent.
Home Accents
I love to layer my books and home scents to add details on my coffee table and side table, I also use them to shoot my beauty products on them and many of you have asked where to get them. I am still building my collection and I am quite picky on what to display but here are the two that I absolutely love Dior Fashion and Versailles Hardcover and Homebody by Joanna Gaines that I love to get inspired. Nest Fragrances Silver Matchbox Holder is another item that adds detail and layers nicely with my home décor.
