Clarisonic introduced the Smart Profile™ Face and Body (C$429.00) device just few months ago. It was something that was in my radar for quite some time, and I was thrilled to give a test for a couple of months to see a full result. This is an advance anti-aging cleansing and massaging system that targets 15 signs of aging on the face, neck especially around the jaw line. The device also carries cleansing mood for face and body. It’s a full all in one head to toe cleansing device, and works on any type of skin texture. The Smart Profile™ Face and Body device set contains:
- White Smart Profile Device
- Uplift Firming Massage Head
- 2 X SMART Replacement Brush Heads for face and body
- 1 oz/ 30 mL Refreshing Gel Cleanser
- Charger
- Charging cord
The mean purpose of this device is to offer all in one facial and body cleansing tool as well as to help with facial firmness and elasticity. I have been really impressed with the result of this device after using it for two months now, almost everyday. I have been using the Uplift head brush almost everyday, the face head brush 1-2x per week and the body head brush 2-3x per week. I have a very sensitive and dry facial skin to begin with especially around my cheek area, I loved how gentle the face head brush is on sensitive skin. I have stopped scrubbing the skin since I have started using the device. I have seen a huge improvement into my skin’s texture and firmness. Using it for the last two months now my skin looks more radiant, clear and with no dry patches at all, and the Uplift head definitely helps with fine lines and wrinkles as well as I have seen much improvement on defining the jaw line for more lifted and overall firmed look. Although my skin haven’t formed any sign of aging yet but I believe in prevention. This device really helps with the loss of firmness and elasticity.
Closer look at the three Smart Heads: 
- Uplift Firming Massage Head – is shaped to glide easily over the face and neck area and carries a very soft rubber texture. It moves firmly over the skin especially jaw line. It works great with your day or night skin care routine and offer a SPA message pleasure feeling. It boosts the absorption of the skin care and blurs out the fine lines. It
- Smart Face Brush Head – this is a soft face revitalizing cleansing brush that cleanses the skin 6 times better than hands. It really take out all the makeup and dead skin in one use. Leaves skin fresh and clear without any residue.
- Smart Body Brush Head – this brush is especially designed for body with bigger head, it take out all dead skin and leaves skin soft and smooth.
The device carries 4 speed and a turbo mood. You can chose a speed to your own skin preference, I personally loved to use on lower speed mood for facial cleansing and faster mood for body and turbo mood for message. It really depends on your mood and preference. There are a number of different Clarisonic devices but unfortunately I haven’t tried any of them to date. I believe the cleansing brush for face is the same as the regular cleansing device, it’s enough gentle to work on any type of skin even sensitive one. It works well with gel, cream and liquid face cleansers. Right now I love using it with the Dior liquid to foam cleanser that I have recently discovered.
Bottom line I think this is one of the latest and most effective facial device I have ever tried. I have been impressed with it’s performance and effective result to a smooth, clear and more firmed looking skin. You get to see results within a week with more clarity of the skin but the it does takes time to see results of firmness of the skin. Smart Profile™ Face and Body Uplift have been a game changer to me, the fact that you can use the product multiple ways is amazing, it makes it easier to take the kit while you’re traveling. I wish it came in with a travel bag which would have been nice. I personally didn’t use its cleanser and would prefer to use your own cleansing brand for break out reasons.
