Charlotte Tilbury’s Lipstick was on my target for quit some time now, but buying lip colors can be a bit risky – every one looks different with a particular color and some times not all shades are wearable – I wanted to wait to see the whole lipstick collection in person before buying. I was thrilled to see the two gorgeous colors with different textures from the brand was sent out to me for editorial purposes. There is the K.I.S.S.I.N.G Fallem From the Lipstick Tree in Stone Rose and the Matte Revolution in Walk of Shame. I was very pleased with the colors and textures which i felt the team really knew what to pick for this season . I couldn’t wait to share with you all my thought on the formula and shades. 
Both shades are very romantic with warm under tone. I think both shades are perfect this season and I find both to be wearable during the day and night. Walk of Shame is a gorgeous berry tinted rose color in matte finish with angled square tip, which I find it’s more on the burgundy side. The Matte Revolution Lipsticks are one of the best matte lipstick formulas on the market, they’re enriched with a secret antioxidant ingredient from the lipstick tree – which keeps lips well hydrated and gives the look from within. The texture is full coverage and buildable but still it looks natural on the lips with a little but of shimmer but it doesn’t show up on the lips. I can really pull out the darker colors with my skin tone but most of the times I prefer wearing deeper shades during the night-time and this one is definitely a nice color where I can wear it during the day as well. Stone Rose is a nice neutral color with warm brown under tone, I would say a perfect nude to wear this season, since wearing brown color is in high trend now. This K.I.S.S.I.N.G is 10 nude lipsticks with a range of modern and classic colors and is enriched with a breakthrough, secret ingredient, the Lipstick Tree, an anti-oxidant that naturally protects lips from harsh UV damage and external pollution. It’s designed like bullet shape where it glides in within the lips shape to contour lips perfectly – the texture is full coverage and creamy with a sheen finish.

At the end there are so many new lipstick formulas and options to pick right now, I do get confused once in a while. But these are lipsticks are amazing, I know they’re a little higher in price point but the formula is phenomenal especially for those with dry lips. Both formulas are supper soft and comfortable to wear, yes even the matte one – I had no issue wearing the matte lipstick, it looks luminous and matte at the same time and love it is buildable where you can cover the lips lightly during the day and give a ultra deeper color by layering for the evening. Meanwhile I loved the Stone Rose for every day – a little different from what I usually wear.
