3 Carrots
2 Apples
A Hint of Ginger
1 Grape Fruit
Some Ice Cubes
Fresh Dill

Juice all ingredients from a juicer and garnish with some fresh dill.

Chicken Tandoori Masala Recipe

The Ingredients:

1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon Tumeric
2-3 tablespoons Tandoori Masala
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper 
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger 
4 teaspoons salt, or to taste 
one Whole chicken or cut into smaller pieces  
3 clove garlic, minced  
2 teaspoons ground cumin 2 teaspoons paprika  
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 

Instructions:

Cut chicken on its bones and in a bowl soak in with some salt and vinegar for 30 minutes. Mix all ingredients together in a separate bowl. Drain out chicken and towel dry. Marinate the chicken with the paste for 30 minutes and place it inside the fridge. Pre-heat the oven at 400C, place the chicken in your cooking dish and cover it with aluminum foil with some vents and leave it inside the oven for 50+ minutes till it’s nice and tender. Place it on your serving dish and garnish it with some fresh cilantro.

Pro Tip:
Remove the aluminum foil just after 40 minutes so the chicken is nicely golden.

Sweet Bread (Rot)

The Ingredients:

1 cup milk
1 cup oil
1 tablespoons baking powder
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
3 cups baking flour
1 tablespoon black seeds
1 tablespoon poppy seeds  

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together, spray oil your cooking dish (flat rectangular/round oven dish) place the mixture in your cooking dish. Making sure it’s all even. Add 1-2 tablespoons of milk on top so it covers the top. Sprinkle poppy seeds and Black seeds. Preheat oven 350C and place it for 30-40 minutes until it’s nice and golden. Leave it to cool down, cut them into smaller portions and decorate them in your serving dish.
