What I’m Wearing

I have been getting quite some questions on some of my latest purchases and links as well as what I wear. Yet here are some of the outfits that I have been reaching out during this time. Zara just went on sale last night at 10:00 and you may want to get the items before they run out. Although I don’t feel quite right to share any thing since there is so much going on in this world. But during this pandemic there was so much that I learned in life as well as I discovered that I had many fashion items that was worn once and they were hanging in my closet for many years. So I decided to play around with what I have and support my Canadian and local business.
Most of my outfits are mostly associated with basics, like cotton T-shirts, leggings or jeans and cotton shirts. While they offer that comfort that we seek when stay home, you can easily upgrade them by adding a blazer or heels to get it ready for quick outing.
Just few steps that makes your simple outfit ready to run errands and even date nights.

  • Adding a simple vest or blazer adds a nice structure to your outfit and gives a polished look. You want to make sure you have a white and black one ready in your closet all time.
  • Accessories gives a more personalized touch to your outfits and really adds extra details. And if you haven’t tried to play around with scarves then I would highly suggest to take a moment and discover different ways on how to style them with your outfits.
  • Shoes and bags finishes the look. If you aren’t a heel person I find kitten shoes are comfortable to wear and guides your body on how to keep your body structure.
  • And last if you don’t have time or not in mood for any thing, you can literally vamp up your ripped jeans with a nice collar shirt and heels to make it ready for a occasion.
Here are some of the looks that are associated with these simple rules.

6 Spring Fashion Trends You Need to Know / On My Radar

Yes! we’re officially living the third quarter of winter season and its -10 something degrees outside but yet we’re already thinking about spring styles. Fashion month went off in a little over two weeks and spring ready to wear collections are already making their way to the stores. I have already seen stores have transformed into the bloomy spring mood look. There are hundreds of runway styles and fashions that show every season but I find the Spring 2020 trend is easy to follow. For this spring I have my eyes on some statement pieces that will work quite nicely with my current wore-drop while it will add some freshness to my overall look.

  • Polka Dots – this trend is huge this season, anything from dress to the jumpsuit to any kind of accessories associated with Polk dot will make the looks stand out. I have my eyes on this beautiful pleated dress with a belt from Zara and chiffon blouse from H&M at the moment.
  • Leather – the leather game is going strong this season and if you have already invested in a good leather piece in the fall season it will give you that chic look once more. Plus matching sets yet are another trend that is strong this season so wearing the leather insets is even chicer. This two-piece leather top and pants Zara will definitely be a hot pair.
  • Long Shorts – here is one of the styles that I’m most excited about are long shorts. They come in many different texture and styles that absolutely looks super fresh and flattering on all shapes. I absolutely love this plain black shorts and faux leather shorts from Zara.
  • Colorful details –  adding some fresh and colorful details on your overall look (to your bag, hair, or around the neck) brings a more feminine finish to the look and I’m loving these high-quality silk scarves from Canvas Toronto.
  •  Detailed Bags – we can’t get enough bags each season, yet recently these are the two styles I love to wear. The Bugatti under arm bag has made to all stylist looks this past year with a high price tag while starting the year with a very similar style from Zara is yet another hit make sure to get yours before it’s sold out. Here is yet another must-have style which is a limited edition for Chinese New Years’ from Mickael Kors, their Cece medium bag. Comes in three colors and I’m all over this half-white shade.
  • Tweet Details – adding any sort of tweet details brings fresh and nostalgic to the look. I find both pieces tweet blazer and contrasting tweet blouse from Zara are classic statement pieces that never go out of style.

I hope this spring trend post was helpful on what to have your eyes on this season. There are quite some more trends like slid dresses are quite back in with fresh colors plus 3 piece suit is a huge trend for this spring season but I find them to not corporate with a cold spring climate that we have here in Canada. These are some of the items that I will be reaching out to them. These are some of my favorite trends for the spring season, what’s your favorite trend for spring 2020?

Here I have a few of must have pieces for fall season… some I have already purchased and some are on my list.

  1. Leave Earrings – I have always been a earing girl and I only collect some classic and stable pieces that I can wear all year-long.

  3. Crossbody Bag with Chain – I have already purchased this one in black which is a perfect on the go cross bag with build in wallet which makes my live super easy.
  4. Buttoned Sheath Dress – I prefer wearing dress over jeans and this one comes with so much details and super thick material where it stays up well.

  6. Basic Turtleneck Sweater – I love wearing turtleneck al almost all the times, I just feel it’s a piece that makes you stand out.
  7. Fine-knit Skirt  – I have been obsessed over this pattern this season. It a two piece set that looks amazing together. I wore this on La Prairie’s event about a week ago for the first time and I absolutely loved the look yet it’s so comfortable.
  8. Anya Fur Pom-Pom Hat – When I wear fur I wear it well and especially when it comes to hat. I only find the Rudsak brand does it well. They’re on pricy side but its a statement piece that you can wear over and over.
