Bite Beauty just launched a selection of new blushes in a whipped cream formula called the Daycation Whipped Cream Blushes. The collection comes in 4 shades and the Bite Beauty team send out these in two shades towards me. The colors are quite pigmented right out of the tube with really easy to blend. I haven’t tried much from Bite Beauty but I am literally obsessed over these blushes.
The Daycation Whipped Cream Blushes are a clean formula that blends seamlessly without detecting any texture on the skin and doesn’t emphasize pores. The formula does carry a nice glow that looks natural but noticeable yet at the same time, it’s buildable. If you don’t want a lot of bold or bright colour on your cheeks but want a natural tint of colour without any texture then you’re going to love these.
I got my hands on two shades:
- Watermelon Marg is a nice soft pink pear shade that brings freshness to the skin.
- Melon Mojito is a nice glowing peach shade that brings warmth to the skin.
I find the lasting power is quite amazing!! it doesn’t smudge or fade throughout the day till you remove it with warm water and cleanser. The formula is infused with Papaya extract that helps promote glowing skin. The packaging is definitely my favorite part. They come in a very cute squeeze out tub packaging that keeps the product from drying out + it makes the application quite easy and perfect to keep it in your on the go makeup bag.
Bottom line, a must-have formula for those who like colour and glow on their cheeks. I have never tested such a formula before, it’s lightweight, fade-resistant and doesn’t look cakey at all. It looks like your skin without any texture. I have been playing around with both shades depending on my makeup looks. But the Melon Mojito shade is definitely a shade I will be reaching out to more often during the summer day that pulls out well the bronzy makeup.
